Quiet Enjoyment / No Parties --Parties and events are not permitted. --Please use quiet voices in hallways and common areas. --No running, yelling, or disruptive behavior on the rooftop or in shared spaces. --Please be respectful of neighbors, especially during early morning and evening hours. -- Any HOA fines resulting from rule violations will be billed to the guest. Rooftop & Glass Policy --Glass is not allowed on the rooftop for safety reasons. --Please use the metal cups provided. --Any broken glass or safety violations may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
